Dr. Nicolas, a perfectionist by birth, wanted to further his advanced training after completing the residency program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He enrolled and completed a two-year advanced orthodontics course and graduated from the prestigious, world-renowned Roth Williams International Center in California. As a Roth Williams-trained orthodontist, one of a mere 300 worldwide, Dr. Nicolas incorporates the Roth Williams philosophy of functional occlusion into his daily orthodontic treatment, to uphold his tradition of pursuing excellence in orthodontics.

Dr. Nicolas is a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society, the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists, the Roncone Orthodontics International, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Florida Dental Association. Dr. Nicolas has been Invisalign® certified since 1999 and is recognized as a Diamond Plus Provider.

In his personal time, Dr. Nicolas enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife Nadine, and their children Lea, Corinne, Rene, and Christian. Dr. Nicolas also enjoys coaching several local soccer teams and supports all sports teams in his community.

Education

Dr. George Nicolas completed his undergraduate college education at the University of Delaware. He then attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts and graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Nicolas completed a General Practice Residency Program for one year at Wilmington Hospital and decided that orthodontics was his calling! Dr. Nicolas completed a two-year residency program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
